For a quick crowd pleaser, you can’t go wrong with Buffalo Chicken Dip! As a less messy version of the classic chicken wing appetizer, this dip can be served right out of the slow cooker.
Cook the chicken and hot sauce on the stove over medium heat. When it’s fully heated, stir in the Ranch dressing and cream cheese until well blended. Mix in half of the cheddar cheese and transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
Once in the slow cooker, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Leave the dip in the slow cooker on low until it’s bubbly hot. Make it your own by garnishing with blue cheese or celery sticks. Bring along a bag of tortilla chips or hearty crackers and your simple side dish is now ready to serve!
