Instead of store-bought potato chips, how about trying some easy-to-make homemade chips? It’s easier than you think, and odds are that you already have these items in your kitchen.
What you’ll need:
Heat the oil to 350 degrees and carefully put in the sliced potatoes. Stir until golden brown, then pull out and set aside on some paper towels. Season with the salt & parmesan, and voila – homemade parmesan chips!
