Kings of Leon, Vampire Weekend and Paramore are among the bands added to the iTunes Festival line-up, a free daily event in September.

The iTunes Festival will return to London's Roundhouse this September, offering competition winners free tickets to see the likes of Justin Timberlake and Kings of Leon .

The festival, which is run by tech giant Apple, has been running since 2007. Music fans in the UK can win tickets through the iTunes Festival app and iTunes Store, and performances are also available to watch online, or be purchased afterward through iTunes.

So far, 13 musicians have been announced for this year's event, which hosts a gig by a different act every night during September. They include American rock bands Thirty Seconds to Mars, Paramore, Queens of the Stone Age, who played the venue two years ago, and Vampire Weekend, as well as Icelandic musicians Sigur Rós . British pop acts Rizzle Kicks and Jessie J will also appear.
