What happens at Pitch, Hit & Run?

1. You’ll start off with stretches and a few warm-up exercises
   
2. Pitch strikes from 60 feet into the MLB Strike Zone
   
3. Hit baseballs off of a tee for distance and accuracy
   
4. Run a timed sprint from second base to home plate

Get a high score and you could advance to the National Finals at the MLB All-Star Game in Detroit, Michigan.
