Q: Where can I see how many points I have?

A: When you log into your account your redeemable points can be viewed on the main page.

Q: Can I still earn points?

A: There are no new ways to earn points. However, users with an active account can use their existing points to redeem them for prizes through December 20.

Q: What can my points be redeemed on?

A: Points can be redeemed for a number of available rewards and sweepstakes entries on the Pepsi Pass app.

Q: What happens if I don’t claim my points?

A: Any unused points will expire on Dec. 20, 2017.

Q: Can I get cash back for any unclaimed points?

A: As written in the Pepsi Pass Terms & Conditions, points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q: When is the last date I can earn points for Pepsi Pass?

A: October 31, 2017 is the last date you can earn points.

REWARDS

Q: How do I redeem my rewards?

A: You can log into the Pepsi Pass app to view and redeem their rewards.

Q: When will I receive my redeemed reward?

A: In most cases allow at least 10-12 weeks, but note some items may take up to 16 weeks. Each Reward item ordered will ship separately. A Reward will ship to the postal address that you specify on the order “Check Out” page. No P.O. boxes allowed.
